Staff Achievements

           Teachers are serving as members of Board of Studies in various Universities and autonomous Colleges and Members of Doctoral Committee for many Research Scholars of Bharathidasan University and other universities and also as Reviewers of Journals. 

• Our faculty members had published 682 papers in both National and International Journals.  They also presented 1262 papers in National and International seminars and conferences. 
• The publications of Dr. S. Maneemegalai, Head, Department of Biochemistry has h-index 7 and  i10 index 7 and Dr.A.Sivagami, Head, Department of Social Work has h-index 2 and i10 index 1.  The following are the details of publication and paper presentation done by our faculty members.

• Dr. J. Sharmila, Guest Lecturer, Department of Computer Science received Progressive Women National Award 2021 organised By Bahujana Sahitya Academy, Honouring The Achievers With Feminine South Indian Women's Award organised by International Women's Day Celebration 2021 organize by  Feminine Foundation and Sivakarunyam Events and also Kalpana Chawla Award 2020 – 21 organized by Nadikal Arakattalai.
• Dr. V. Punitha,  Asst. Professor, Department of Tamil received the award ‘South Indian Women’s  Award’ from The Feminine Foundation and Seevakarunyam in 2021.
• Dr. M. Premavathy, Associate Professor & Head, Department of English had been awarded the Best NSS Programme Officer by Bharathidasan University, Trichirappalli in 2020.
• Dr. J. Sharmila, Guest Lecturer, Department of Computer Science received Best Researcher National Award 2020, organised By Bahujana Sahitya Academy.
• Dr. K. R. Sarala, Associate Professor & Head, Department of Tamil received the award ‘Perasiriyar Kavimamani’ from Kaviyarasar Tamil Sangam, Namakkal in 2019.
• Dr. S. Jeyasheela, Asst. Professor, Department of Tamil received the award ‘Perasiriyar Rathna’ from Kaviyarasar Tamil Sangam, Namakkal in 2019.
• Dr. S. Maneemegalai, Head, Department of BioChemistry received Honorable Jury Mention (Faculty) under best Faculty category by Education expo tv 4th South Asian Education Awards – 19 on 10.03.2019.
• Dr. K. Karpagam, Head, Department of Biotechnology had received ESN Award given by ESN Publications in Sep 2019.
• Dr. R. Mangalanayaki, Asst. Professor, Department of Tamil received the award ‘Perasiriyar Mamani’ from Tamil Nadu Ilakkkiya Kazhagam, Kottaram in 2019.
• Dr. J. Sharmila, Guest Lecturer, Department of Computer Science received Dr.Radhakrishnan Best Teacher State Award, Dr. A. P. J. Abdul kalam National Award and  Best Faculty National Award organized by second National Conference Bahujana Sahitya Academy, New Delhi in 2019.
• Dr. T. Santhakumari,  Asst. • Dr. K. R. Sarala, Associate Professor & Head, Department of Tamil received the National award ‘Ayvu Sirpi’ from Kaviyarasar Tamil Sangam, Namakkal in 2018.
• Dr. S. Maneemegalai, Head, Department of BioChemistry received the Title of FELLOW of Indian Association of Biomedical Scientists for the significant contributions for the advancement of Biomedical Sciences from Indian Association of Biomedical Scientists on 15th November 2018.
• Dr. N. Gajeswari, Asst. Professor, Department of English had been awarded the Best NSS Programme Officer by Bharathidasan University, Trichirappalli for the year 2016-17.
• Dr. E. Ilampirai, Head, Department of Business Administration had been awarded the Best NSS Programme Officer by Bharathidasan University, Trichirappalli for the year 2016-17.
• Dr. K. R. Sarala, Associate Professor & Head, Department of Tamil received the award of ‘Best Cultural Coordinator’ from Bharathidasan University, Trichirappalli in 2014
• Dr. B. Shanmugavadivu Asst. Professor, Department of English had been awarded Swamy Vivekanandar Award and Bharathi Yuvakendra Award for her best performance in Education and Elocution in 2014.
• Dr. A. Allirani,  Asst. Professor, Department of Tamil received the award ‘Thirukkural Ilam Pulamaiyar’ from Thirukkural Kalvi Maiyam, Tiruchirappalli in 2000.
